TL Vanillepaste (oder das Mark einer Vanilleschote)<\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\">1 P\u00e4. echten Vanillezucker<\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\">1 EL Rum (Pott 54 % )<\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\">Puderzucker zum Best\u00e4uben<\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Backofen auf 180\u00b0C Ober-\/Unterhitze vorheizen.<\/p>\n<p>Butter und Zucker schaumig r\u00fchren, Vanille und Vanillezucker zuf\u00fcgen. Die Eier einzeln, nacheinander unterr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>Ricotta und Rum einr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>Mehl mit Backpulver mischen und dazugeben, alles zu einem geschmeidigen Teig vermengen.<\/p>\n<p>Den Teig in eine gefettete Guglhupfform (oder kalt ausgesp\u00fclte Silikon Guglhupfform) f\u00fcllen und ca. 50 Minuten backen lassen.
