Champignons zuf\u00fcgen. Unter R\u00fchren anbraten.<\/p>\n<p>Ein &#8222;Loch&#8220; in der Mitte machen. Das Tomatenmark darin anr\u00f6sten und anschlie\u00dfend gut mit den Pilzen vermengen. Mit Mehl best\u00e4uben und etwas br\u00e4unen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Mit Wei\u00dfwein abl\u00f6schen. Gek\u00f6rnte Br\u00fche einr\u00fchen. Etwas reduzieren lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Sahne angie\u00dfen.
