{"id":234,"date":"2012-02-06T23:43:45","date_gmt":"2012-02-06T22:43:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/kochen-basteln.de\/?p=234"},"modified":"2012-02-06T23:43:45","modified_gmt":"2012-02-06T22:43:45","slug":"mini-quark-gugl","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/kochen-basteln.de\/?p=234","title":{"rendered":"Mini-Quark-Gugl"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a title=\"Feine Kuchenpralinen\" href=\"http:\/\/kochen-basteln.de\/?p=175\">Hier<\/a> habe ich ja bereits von dem &#8222;Gugl&#8220; Buch berichtet.<\/p>\n<p>Diesmal wurde die Quark Variante ausprobiert.<\/p>\n<p>Das Rezept entspricht sehr den Vorgaben von <a href=\"http:\/\/sweet-trolley.blogspot.com\/2012\/01\/topfen-zitrone-mini-guglhupfe.html\">&#8222;sweet trolley&#8220;<\/a>, das ich in einer normalen Backform f\u00fcr 6 Miniguglhupfe (gabs mal bei Aldi) schon gebacken habe.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/kochen-basteln.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/Mini-Quark-Gugl.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-235\" title=\"Mini Quark-Gugl\" src=\"http:\/\/kochen-basteln.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/Mini-Quark-Gugl.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"940\" height=\"529\" srcset=\"http:\/\/kochen-basteln.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/Mini-Quark-Gugl.jpg 940w, http:\/\/kochen-basteln.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/Mini-Quark-Gugl-300x168.jpg 300w, http:\/\/kochen-basteln.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/Mini-Quark-Gugl-500x281.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 940px) 100vw, 940px\" \/><\/a>Diesmal war die Teigmenge allerdings so reichhaltig, dass man bestimmt noch eine weitere Backform h\u00e4tte f\u00fcllen k\u00f6nnen (zumindest eine halbe).<\/p>\n<p>Darauf warten, dass die ersten Gugl gebacken sind, um den Rest anschlie\u00dfend auch noch zu backen dauerte mit zu lange.<\/p>\n<p>Also habe ich den \u00fcbrigen Teig in Mini-Muffin-F\u00f6rmchen gef\u00fcllt und mit in den Ofen gestellt.
